Shipping policy

Carriers

Strategic Dark uses UPS and USPS to ship all packages. During the the Christmas holiday, we will suspend USPS services on our site due to their incompetence during high volume times.

Insurance

If you would like your package insured, please select a shipping service that offers this service. USPS First Class Package DOES NOT include insurance.

Damages/Lost Packages

After your order leaves our warehouse, Strategic Dark is no longer liable for damaged or lost products that incur during the shipping process. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your package is lost please file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.

Other

We reserve the right to select which shipping method is the safest and fastest way to get you your merchandise. This includes changing couriers and upgrading shipping methods. At no time will this incur additional charges to the customer.

When Orders Ship

Strategic Dark is dedicated to ensuring you receive your gear as soon as possible. It is important to note that some members of our team are currently operational in either Law Enforcement, U.S. Government, or Military applications. This may result in an order holding for a few days prior to shipment. By completing a purchase for merchandise from us, you acknowledge this time frame. Packages typically ship in 2-5 business days.

Night Vision lead times are based on the manufacturers estimate. They ARE NOT guaranteed. Both TNVC and Strategic Dark are dedicated to ensuring you are equipped and notified in the most accurate manner.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Any order that has a pre-order product in it and other in-stock products, the entire order will ship once the pre-order is in stock. Pre-Orders are only for a short period of time.
